Return Policy – Important Notice
Please read our Return Policy carefully. By placing an order with Eleanor Brighton, you agree to the terms outlined below. No exceptions will be made outside of this policy.
Returning a Product
Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
For products where hygiene is important, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process is initiated.
Damage Due to Personal Use
Eleanor Brighton is not responsible for damage resulting from:
- Misuse
- Negligence
- Improper handling
Only manufacturing defects are covered under this Return Policy.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Underwear
- Lingerie
- Other sealed hygiene products once opened
How to Start the Return Process
To request a return, please email us at support@eleanorbrighton.com and include the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- A photo of the item (in the case of damage or defects)
- Your contact information
Refund Policy
Procedure
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 days and credited to your original payment method.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 30 days:
- Double-check your bank or card account
- If the issue persists, contact us at support@eleanorbrighton.com
Return Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- We are not responsible for returns lost during transit
Return Address
Returns must be sent to our designated returns facility in Asia.
Shipping costs start at $25 and are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions – Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:
- We will send a replacement free of charge
- If the same issue occurs with the replacement item, you will be eligible for a full refund
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of being placed due to our automated order processing system.
